SITUATION:
Burmeister had a website with static information and they
wanted better way
of
interacting with their clients.
SOLUTION: Developed a customer resource center
or regional portal system for their current
and prospective customers, vendors, and employees. It is a
fully dynamic database driven
website allowing Burmeister full content administration rights
to update any section of their website.
Sampling

•Personalize FAQ's by displaying a picture of a Project
Manager for each question.
•Custom map with features and functionality applicable
to their business partner's specific needs.
•Resource Center for improved customer support.
RESULTS: According to Jerry Olson, Vice President,
since implementation of the site, he's expecting to conservatively
reduce customer service phone inquiries by 30-40% with the
