Client:  Keyland Home
Business:  Largest privately owned single family homebuilder in the Twin Cites
ECN Product Line:   creator - content administration tools

SITUATION: Keyland Homes had a first generation website with static information and
content that they could not update themselves.

They were not using their website to generate new leads and potential interested prospects.
They also could not display their homes and communities. Information was outdated relatively
quickly. With more and more home buyers doing their research for new homes on line, their
agents had no sales tool that could effectively provide their prospects with up to date information.

SOLUTION: TM launched a new website with .creator to allow Keyland administration to update the entire site without having any technical expertise.    They set out to achieve an online home gallery and homes for sale sections to help promote their business. In addition, they have a map that allows visitors to drill down to specific communities for home prices and features of that community, and real time lot availability. Search tools allow for easy to find homes if there are specific needs / criteria their visitors may be looking for along with realtors that service those areas.

RESULTS: Within a 6 months of launching the database driven site, a Keyland home buyer did all his research online. Because Keyland had all their content updated with the home gallery, lot availability, pricing, etc up to date. This buyer was able to make his purchasing decisions online. He subsequently visited a model home and signed the purchase agreement on the spot, according to Dick Schuler, President of Tiffany Realty (Exclusive Sales Agent for Keyland Homes).
