SITUATION:
Rush Creek had been using Outlook and have had minimal success
in promoting their business
via email marketing promotions. They were looking to design
more professional campaigns that reflected a
more
upscale image. In addition, they wanted an effective tool
to continue to stay in touch with their
customer not only through the golf season but on the off-season
as well.
SOLUTION: Rush Creek began their email campaign
using Tecknowledge Management's .communicator
email marketing product. On their first campaign, they sent
out an invitation to their annual fall wine dinner.
Historically, the event had about a 30-40-50% vacancy rate.
After launching the email campaign, the event
sold out.
