is a global leader in electronic solutions for the defense
and aerospace industry. They wanted to hear the voice from
their customer on how they can use ebusines to better communicate
with their current customers.
SOLUTION:
Tecknowledge Management researched and designed survey questions
using .collector and delivered the online survey with .communicator
. They had an excellent response rate of 91% from their customer
base. From the data, our team pulled general themes from the
survey results and presented a strategic recommendation plan
to the management team.
RESULTS:
Critical
and valuable feedback from their key customer base. Based
on the response, they implemented a company wide initiative
with specific actions to improve their eBusiness plan that
would allow them to gain a competitive advantage while increasing
their customer satisfaction reports.
